HOW TO PAY

Please make cheques payable to K.J. Woodman.  We regret we cannot accept credit card payments at present.

 

POSTAGE AND PACKING

All orders will be sent by first class post and postage and packing charges for mainland Britain are currently based on the weight of your parcel:

 

For orders up to 1000 grammes:  £3.95

For orders over 1000 grammes:  £6.95

 

Heavier parcels are sent by Post Office Special Delivery, with the cost according to weight, and will require a signature on receipt.  Please allow a minimum of £10 for this service.  For delivery outside of mainland Britain please contact us.  Jewellery and gift packaging will be wrapped separately to protect your purchases during postage.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We try to process your order as soon as possible.  This may take longer at busy times of year, such as the lead-up to Christmas.  Orders available from stock will be despatched within 7 days.  We aim to despatch Items made specifically for your order within 28 days.  Orders cannot be despatched unless accompanied by a valid payment.

 

RETURNS

Unworn items can be returned in the original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receipt.  Please notify us in advance of your intention to return  goods, and obtain a certificate of posting.  Postage and packaging costs for returned items cannot be reimbursed.
